This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Aussies Boutique.

Please note: we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the order must meet the following conditions:

The product must include all original parts, components, accessories, tags and packaging.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original condition.

The product must show only normal handling. Damage caused by careless handling, misuse or improper use is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important must be returned clean and unused.

If the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, this must be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery, with clear photos or videos.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

A return will be reviewed after the returned product has been received and inspected. If the return conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used, worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, incomplete or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?

Please make sure your email includes:

Order number
Reason for the return request
Photo or video of the product if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect
First name and last name of the customer
Customer address
Email address used for the order

After receiving your request, we will review it and provide the correct return instructions.

Please do not send your return to the sender address on the parcel.

Because we work with external fulfilment partners, the sender address on the package may not be the correct return address. Returns sent to the wrong address may not be received, identified or refunded.

We will provide the correct return address after your return request has been approved.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Return Address

All approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer support team.

Depending on the product and fulfilment location, returns may need to be sent to our central return facility in Asia, Europe or another international return facility.

All returns are sent at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

The customer must include their name and order number inside the return package.

The customer must also send us the tracking number or tracking link after shipping the return.

Without valid tracking information, we may be unable to track, identify or process the return.

Aussies Boutique and MINDRISE, LLC are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, refused or not delivered to the correct return address.

Cancellation Conditions

Right of cancellation before shipment

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or sent to our fulfilment partner.

Because we work with an automated fulfilment system, orders are often processed shortly after they are placed.

We will do our best to cancel the order before processing, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped.

Orders already in transit

If your order has already been processed, dispatched or is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

As our products may be shipped from external fulfilment partners, including international fulfilment locations, there may be longer transit times over which we have limited control.

If the goods are already on their way to you, please wait until you have received the goods and then contact us to request a return.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please send us the return tracking confirmation once you have shipped the product back.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase and your return is approved, we will refund the amount paid for the returned product after the goods have been received and inspected at the correct return facility.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Original delivery costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, import charges and additional shipping services are not refunded, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected and approved.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to make the refund visible in your account.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the issue
Photos of the packaging and shipping label, if relevant

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit or another suitable solution.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or protection that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply in addition to any return options offered by Aussies Boutique.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety or practical reasons, certain items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

This may include:

Worn or used clothing
Washed items
Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products
Items without original packaging or tags
Damaged or incomplete items
Personalized or custom-made items
Gift cards
Final sale items, where permitted by law

This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws if an item is defective, incorrect, unsafe or not as described.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges depending on product availability.
