Below you will find the average delivery time and shipping information for orders placed with Aussies Boutique.
Once an order is placed, we usually take one to three business days to process the order.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery usually takes six to nine business days.

Shipping Costs
Aussies Boutique offers free standard shipping on orders, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
There is no minimum order quantity required to qualify for standard shipping, unless a specific promotion or shipping condition states otherwise.
If paid or express shipping options are offered at checkout, the costs and estimated delivery times will be shown before you complete your order.
Shipping Your Order
Aussies Boutique operates through an online retail and external fulfilment model.
This means that your order may be processed and shipped by third-party fulfilment partners, suppliers, manufacturers or warehouses on behalf of Aussies Boutique.
Products may be shipped from fulfilment locations outside Australia.
This allows us to offer a wider product range and keep our prices competitive while delivering directly to our customers.
Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to the carrier.
After dispatch, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number or tracking link by email.
Please note that tracking information may take several business days to update after dispatch.
If your tracking link does not show movement immediately, this does not necessarily mean that your order has not been shipped. Tracking updates can be delayed while the package is being transferred between fulfilment partners, carriers or sorting centers.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
destination address;
carrier availability;

circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delays
We always aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
However, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, supplier delays, public holidays or high order volumes.
A delay does not automatically mean that an order is lost.

Incorrect Address Details
Please check your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Aussies Boutique is not responsible for:
failed delivery;
delivery to the wrong address;
return-to-sender shipments;
additional carrier fees;
reshipping costs;
delays caused by address corrections.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at info@aussies-boutique.com.
We may ask you to provide your order number and confirm your shipping address.
We will then investigate the issue with the carrier or fulfilment partner where possible.
If a package is confirmed lost, Aussies Boutique will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:
your mailbox;
your front door or safe place;
your building reception;
your neighbours;
your local post office or pickup point;
anyone else at your address who may have accepted the parcel.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aussies-boutique.com.
We will review the situation and assist where possible. Please note that if the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, further investigation may be required before a replacement or refund can be considered.
Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately.
This can happen because products may come from different fulfilment partners or warehouses.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking numbers and your items may arrive on different dates.
There are no extra standard shipping costs for split shipments.
Pre-Order or High-Demand Items
Some items may have longer processing or delivery times due to high demand, limited stock, supplier delays or pre-order status.
If an item has a longer estimated delivery time, we may mention this on the product page, at checkout or by email.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will aim to keep you informed where possible.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aussies-boutique.com.
We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or sent to our fulfilment partner.
Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may need to follow our Return Policy after receiving the item.
